I started baking about 15 years ago and quickly discovered that great pastry products don't need to be overly sweet nor contain any artificial ingredients in order to be great. Ingredients are key!
Using inferior ingredients will yield inferior results.

Our bakery has an international flair, offering fresh breads, pastries and desserts from a variety of countries. At Reis' Bakery you'll find fresh bread such as French baguettes and delightful sourdough, as well as pastries like flakey croissants, German schnecken, kouign-amann, and smooth desserts like Mont Blanc just to name a few.
